I'm talking about the memes like Forever Alone, Troll Face, Challenge Accepted, and Rage Guy... Are they copyrighted? I'm not trying to sell anything... I just want to put some in a film (like in the background and stuff) for a film contest, but the rules are very strict against any kind of copyright infringement.
DON'T tell me to Google it, because I did, and I tried looking on meme websites and couldn't find anything. Like, If it was copyrighted, why isn't there that copyright or trademark symbol next to the pictures on the internet?
