I stumbled across a price mistake for a computer on a large retailer's website. I purchased the computer, but had my money refunded and the transaction cancelled by the seller who cited a price mistake. 5 days have passed and the price on the website has not been corrected. I purchased the same item once again at the same price. Are there any consumer protection laws or policies which will allow me to hold the seller to the price advertised on the website. They are in California, I am in CT. I also purchased the item using PayPal checkout.
