Are photographs I post on a facebook fan page still my intellectual property?

I am a professional photographer and as well as my website I use a facebook fan page to showcase my work. What rights does facebook have to any content I post on either my personal page or my professional fan pages?

These are their terms of service and while they say it remains my property it seems to stipulate otherwise in the bullet points. Does anyone know the real deal? What if I was a musician and posting songs on a fan page?

It may have to do with copyrights. Are your your photographs copyrighted?
