Are There Any Laws For Nys Regarding Parking Distance To The Corners Of A Parking Lot Entrance/exit?

Where I work, we have people that park huge SUV's literally right at the end corner's of the parking lot entrance(on the public street side), so when you pull out of the lot, it's near impossible to see oncoming traffic from either direction because these vehicles are blocking the view. Is there a minimum distance that someone must have before the curb ends?
