Are there nys labor laws regarding having sofas in ladies restrooms?

My job is having a new building for our department and the women have been told there is no room for a couch/sofa in the ladies restroom. Are there any NYS Labor Laws requiring coach/sofa's for that "monthly" time?

No there is no such law anywhere.

No, there is no law requiring a sofa or couch in a restroom.

There is no NYS labor law that requires rest rooms at all. Hence women can work as roofers and on road gang, and as cops and rangers and lawn maintenance, etc.
