i would think so go a trusted adviser and make sure you get more than what you or look into doing this yourself if you are not sure how go to the library and look in the financal section

Yes, many Patent Attorneys are also Trademark Attorneys. I am one! Probably your best chance of finding one close to you is to search google using the keywords "Patents" "Trademarks," plus the first part of your postcode.
