Arizona CEO's speak out against immigration laws, Republicans reject 5 new immigration bills?

Postby beacher » Fri Apr 08, 2011 8:10 am

Does this show us how dedicated Republicans are to their Corporate masters and not the American people?

Arizona is ground zero for the immigration issues, they've been shoving new laws down the throats of the American people, while ignoring all the protesters. Once the CEO's spoke out against their extreme legislature and how it's damaging their state's economy, Republicans rejected 5 proposed immigration bills.

Maybe the bills were worth rejecting.

They're not pro-illegal immigration. They're responding to a bunch of liberals boycotting their companies simply because they're based in Arizona.

Get a fvcking clue before you start asserting that Arizona conservatives are all for illegal immigration.

What are the polls on the Arizona immigration issues? Yeah, they're ignoring a handful of protestors and doing the bidding of the vast majority of their constituents. You're just a shill if you're trying to spin this as corporate ownership of politicians.

Every immigration bill that has come up in Arizona is different, so pointing out that 5 were rejected without understanding why is pointless. Pointing out how the CEOs feel and the fact that 5 bills were rejected does not prove that they were rejected because that is how the CEOs feel.

That's a gas. You care about illegal immigrants(non-citizens) protesting in the streets being ignored and completely write off native born tax paying American citizens when the Tea Party was protesting Obamacare. How dedicated is Obama to the American people? This is hilarious. But yes both parties are in trouble if they don't get serious about the border problem regardless of corporate wishes(R) or prospective voters(D).
