Around how much will I have to pay?

So I was pulled over around 2 weeks ago, sadly without a license since I'm not from here, the cop was racist as hell and even towed my car (even though it had insurance, here in Colorado, they say that if the car has insurance some one else can come pick it up but he didn't let me do that)... Well I was in a construction zone and I didn't notice the sign of 35, usually the speed limit is 45 there so I was going 48, he came after me & I'm 99.9% sure the light I passed was green but after he noticed I had no license he also said I had ran a red light, so there's that my ticket is for no license, crossing a red light, and speeding, I'm in Colorado, does anybody know around how much I'll be paying since fines double in construction zones?
