Our issue entails a young child custody situation in the State-Of: California<br />
I do want to move-out of condition but my 3yr olds childis father does not acknowledge. I've Bodily custody and we combined Legitimate custody. I've nothing here opting for me.Iam having difficulty getting a work, I Have been sticking with my parents going back 3yrs,and I would like to move someplace where theres careers. I reside in a little town where they need one to be billigual for almost every work now.Where I do want to transfer I've a location to reside and help.I have 2 additional children to aid. Our kids father feels Iam getting her from him that will be not the case.I described to him we are able to usually fulfill half methods that will be 3hrs,plus I'm going to be returning to go to my loved ones and he is able to still have his visitations and we are able to develop an agreement.What may I do to maneuver?

I am likely to transfer 2 NV. I am not necessarily struggling. I acquired cash saved up.I do not wish to abandon none of my children behind. If you're struggling, can you let Dad have custody? That way there would be no issue with having to go to court or get Dad's permission.
