My problem requires criminal legislation for that state-of: Tx. 3 1/2 years before me and my GF had an extended sickness and we weren't getting along. I wound up having an affair with her closest friend. A silly terible desision on my part. I however feel horible for that. Our GF discovered and was devestated. One-night she called looking really bad and so I visited her home. When I came she'd been using xanex with vodka and was furious and unhappy injured etc. I grabed the tablets and booze and also had to seize a knife she was likely to reduce her arm with. Anyhow we cried and I completed her down and let her dog out just like the cop came. I toold him she was attempting to harm himself. He explained to sit down and spoke to her. After about 10 minutes he aresseted me on 3 attack DV costs. I advised him to call an ambulance on her but he didn't. He required the correced affidavid of somebody who had 16+ vanex and booze within the proven fact that ther were 0 marks, scraches nothing on either people but she can hardly stay and speak because of overdose. Nevertheless no ambulance. I visited prison and am still in appropriate heck bythe seeking DA. She's happy she didn't die. Per week later she tried again I'd a RO and called 911. Ambulance required her she got support. She completed paperwork saying authorities rpt way off however now they need me to request bargin. Responsible of cheating is my only and again foolish selfish offense. This seems to stupid to believe however it is just a headache. So what can I actually do large anxity keeps me from the jury.

If it is exactly as you state, I see no evidence of the assault. The cops report would be critical in attempting to establish your claims of her being intoxicated. That would be critical to your defense.

That which was mentioned before he caught you? Did you contact her by any means just before obtaining the tablets and blade from her. Did she jeopardize you using the blade aswell? <br />
