Bank Levy

I recently discovered that my bank account had been frozen by a law firm handling an old credit card debt from Providian.  I had already set up an arrangement with the firm to pay $100 a month until the debt of $5000 was settled.  I was making the payments for several months and missed one payment in November.  I was about to make two payments in December when I discovered that they put a levy on my bank account.  My entire paycheck goes to my bank account thru direct deposit, therefore leaving my without any funds to cover living expenses. Can you tell me what my options are as far as getting even a portion of my funds.
