I did so an easy method check online which was pretty compehensive. About the section where I outlined my mortgage and vehicle (guaranteed creditors) it didn't provide me a choice to place my HOA in. There's a section for "additional" however. Our problem is, does an HOA affiliation charge enter the formula enter in about the means-test? Easily do not spend it, they'll place a mortgage on my residence and maintaining it'd not be a choice there. Easily do not contain it, Iam simply within the permitted quantities for membership for section 7 in the place of 13. Basically place it inside, I move negative in discretionary revenue and quickly be eligible for section 7 as a result of negative 6500 more than 5 decades.

The current bk rules are rather complex.

Thank you to you both (you and Mrknowitall). I'm ending up in a lawyer on Sunday. But this entire process is quite anxiety-inducing, and so I often live a little. With that setup, I am really damaging in discretionary money. I somewhat understood my entire life sucked, however now I suppose I've the state government stamp of approval that it does.
