Belkin Port Forward Help - MINECRAFT!?

Right, I've made an amazing server - And i'm ready to get it open. But i don't wanna have to use HIMACHI all of the time. I've got this so far.

Port 1 - Enabled ( ticked ) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Port 2 - Enabled ( ticked )
Description - 'Minecraft' ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Description - MinecraftUDP ( But i cant get it on UDP )
Inbound port 25565 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Inbound Port - 25565
Type ( TCP ) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Type - TCP ( It won't let me change it to UDP )
PrivateIP - 192.168.2.8 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ PrivateIP - 192.168.2.8
Private Port - 25565 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Private Port - 25565

Now i have put the PrivateIP into the Server Properties and it's on False on Online Mode.
But when i try join with my laptop it's got - 'Can't reach server'

Try "both" for the UDP/TCP settings. Also, check your windows firewall, it may be blocking those incoming ports as well Simple test is to disable the firewall to see if that is so. If so, then re-enable the firewall (never run without it), and figure out how to port forward in it...
