Big Issue for Capital one bank ,Help and Suggest?

Hello Guys ,I got the problem with the capital one bank credit card which is
I applied for a non secure credit card, have been using for 4 months and 3 days from now it got cancelled ,I called to customer service center of credit department from capitalone .
As their saying and replied is " According to the U.S. economic section act they felt uncomfortable to cancel my credit card but there is nothing left only to pay my remaining balance of my credit card."
As they can only briefly explain to me what was happening, they couldn't mention on what section no# that I was seemed to be conflicted with.
I paid my credit bill more than over the minimum balance ,refill my account to a fully charged card even after I used it for some kinda purchase on moderate prices. only like 70 $.
Its sucks really and the rep from credit department said they will send me the letter in detail but only I got is their policy changing issue Rules governing deposit account letter .
Has anyone of you encountered like this ?
Its really rude to get closed when you went out and buy some groceries and noticed that it was declined.
And also 3 months before they sent the letter to my friend as they were investigating for illegitimate
banking using their transaction they mentioned the name of the country which my friend was originated from and said that they were tracking down the illegal people who opened the bank without SSID thats why they did it as per said in the letter.
well they poked their ball to the U.S. government law ,
They requested the SSID ,Immigration status to show in the Bank Branch to be identified like a summon from the court.
My friend got offended and its like a prejudice bias upon the country where we're emigrated from.
She ran to the bank ,she showed her GC status and then she closed the saving account which she saved a good amount of money ,Right at that time the banker apologized for having her uncomfortable.
But she did moved the acc to BoA which offered a good service than Cap1.
Now I feel like a Donkey to get played with this bank.
I appreciate you guys suggestion ...
