Bumper Cars Incident

Postby joseph » Sun Dec 22, 2013 11:16 pm

There is a mistake inside my insurance and I just got in a accident in a mall parking lot. OUTLINE: A Automobile was facing me, awaiting a parking place. Since it was an 1 way row, I decided to pull about the SUV and total the SUV and the automobile pulling out of the location. As I pulled around the SUV and passed it, I noticed the vehicle pulling out was nevertheless pulling out (to my proper, facing the SUV). I thought she discovered me but apparently did not. Our bumpers applied against every single other. My automobile (rear appropriate bumper) involves a tiny scrape. Her automobile (rear left bumper) involves a dent with coloring. Following pulling more than, I initially believed I may possibly have been at-fault since of my impatience. (Driving a auto of lacking insurance did not support in any way, either.) I gave her my info, told her I'd no insurance. SHe said she would get an estimate and report to me. Today, I am beginning to wonder whether I am at-fault or not in this crash. Is she at-fault for not looking behind as she was pulling out? Must I learn precisely what the police state and record the crash? Obviously, I think about I'll be fined for driving without insurance coverage. But I do not want to invest this girl anything if I am not at-fault - particularly if it's around the identical quantity whilst the zero-insurance coverage wonderful.

Driving without insurance can be a misdemeanor criminal offense, so you need to think carefully about going to the police.
