Create a simple contract that involves an agency relationship and then describe a tortious act by the agent and explain who could be on the hook for that agent's act.

Here's how:
Paragraph 1 - write a brief contract that spells out (describes) the offer, acceptance, consideration and any timelines for performance. This contract must include an agency relationship.
Paragraph 2 - explain the type of agency relationship, the agent's authority and type and then briefly describe the tortious act (could be intentional or negligent).
Paragraph 3 - explain who is liable (may be more than one) for the acts of that agent.
