Im asking because a friend from london has serious issues with his french father in law who has gong through his home with an extra key, looked at his thing, slanders him to neighbors, accuses my friend of been dysfunctional and he just literally moved to france with his ex and three kids, his father in law has caused so many problems with 3rd parties i already insisted to file with the police but he works for the army and the police go along with these xenophobic attacks.

could he not get a attorney and file for a injunction against her father to prevent further harassment?
