Can a magistrate judge, slander you in court?

If arrested for promotion of prostituion, can a magistrate judge in court on your arrainment ,, call you a human trafficker when that is not the charge your being held with, and also give you a 100,000 ror and 25,000 cash surity combo bond on a f4, first offence ever. This magistarte in his head already sees me as gultiy and its not hiss right to say my charge is human trafficking when its not its promote of prostitution

Yes. A judge can do anything he wants to you in court. He could rape you in court and get away with it. That's why they are judges. It sucks.

Yes, he can call you anything he wants, and it is legal. You are charged with Promotion of Prostitution, to do that, you must traffic in humans. It sounds like he did not slander you, You are a trafficker of humans.

Your remedy is to obtain a transcript of the hearing through the clerk's office and call the State's judicial qualifications committee and ask how to formally file a complaint against a judge.

Additional comments: A magistrate is commissioned by the judiciary to act in the capacity of a judge. His words have angered you to the point that you seek some sort of revenge. Perhaps you feel his mis-characterization of allegations of your criminal conduct should somehow be a complete bar to your prosecution for the legitimate allegations. As long as the information charging you with the appropriate crime is correct your remedy is as I suggested above. Ask your self a question oh wise one. How easy do you think it would be to obtain counsel to bring suit against a judge especially if that attorney practices in the judges' jurisdiction?

The distinction between magistrate and judge has no legal significance in your complaint.
