I was reading post regarding Birth certificates. My birth was never recorded and i can't get it recorded, I came across this post and wanted to get someone to clarify this.

You are not governed by admiralty law unless your parents signed a BC. You are
governed by Common Law (the Constitution regulates the government, not YOU). More
appropriately, if you are in fact a sovereign as you describe you are governed
by sweat-equity jurisdiction.

Recording your personal/family history in your family Bible is the Supreme law
and evidence. You need no other, unless you want to create a Private Trust Deed
with yourself or your Creator (preferably with a photo imbedded), record it in
your county misc file (do not "file" it in probate court), then forward the doc
with the recorded Liber Number to your Secretary of State for her Apostille (THE
HAGUE CONVENTION, 5 OCTOBER 1961). This establishes you as a constitutional
national v. a 14th amendment slave as the Founding Fathers designed.

This doc will serve as your state issued photo ID as it will be returned with a
unique serial number from the Sec'y of State, who is an agent of the U.S. Sec'y
of State who represents the U.S. to the Hague.

For employment purposes you must not fill out a W-4 as this is strictly a
government employee form. Instead will out a W-8. This forbids your company from
withholding any of your property (pay).
