A lot of attorneys have inquiry areas on their sites where you can see if your claim has merit. In this case I submitted an idea for a class action suit. I noticed at the bottom of my email they include this disclaimer "Yes, I would like to be contact by an attorney for a FREE, no obligation claim review"

It makes me think this is a scumbag move to steal ideas. I've once heard the atty-client relationship doesn't start until payment is made, does this mean free consultation can be stolen and given to any lead plaintiff they want?
