Can Higgs Boson be patented? I am seriouis, legally can it be? If yes, does IPad have Higgs Bosons inside ?

No. It can't. It was found, not created.
EDIT:
DNA is not being patented, not naturally. What is patented is specific sequences that create specific products, and only the methods of obtaining those products from teh code is being patented.
