Can I Bypass A Divorce Decree For Child Support By Placing Myself On Child Support

Postby pascoe69 » Sat Dec 21, 2013 3:52 am

My query calls for kid-support in their State of: Illinois and Virginia
My divorce was final in their state of Virginia back in 09 and my son's son and mother now reside in Illinois. I presently are now living in California and think the divorce decree youngster-support is incredibly huge for their state of Illinois. We didn't execute a youngster-assistance order by way of their state it is merely bought via the divorce decree. May possibly I set myself on kid-support for their state of Illinois to override the divorce decree in Virgina?
Any guidance would be significantly appreciated by me where to start.
Thanks

Estimating theack

We didn't do a child support get through the state it's just requested through the divorce decree.

Same task, officially. The Kid Support Order (through the Courtroom / Condition) is area of the Decree. I am guessing you mean cost via a State company, in the place of straight to the ex? Nevertheless would not issue.
No opportunity in the blue-moon, if you don't file a Motion to Change using the unique Court.

Not a single chance.
You pay per the divorce decree, or you file to have it modified.
