Well no because she was saying she was gonna beat you up, but if you do fight get her get her to do the first punch then u can hit back for 'self defence' or don't hit back at all, and if she asks why u texted her just like say "you need to talk to her coz she's been b****ing about you and you wanna know why as its all over twitter. Try and be the bigger person (:

Can i get in any legal trouble from the situation in this fist fight?

Postby naseem » Sun Mar 04, 2012 3:31 am

first off, dont tell me not to fight. i have 2 parents they raise me not you. not trying to be rude im just saying. im 14 and so is the girl that i might fight. she keeps tweeting "yeah im gunna fight (my name)" and just stuff like that. i dont reply to it because i am more grown up than to talk crap to her on twitter thats just really dumb. i have the tweets saved on my computer so theres proof she said that. im planning on going to her house tonight, but just stand on the street so they cant say im on their property or whatever. then ill text her and say im outside. then she will come out and i will have everything on video. i will make sure SHE throws the first punch and there will be video proof. then i will proceed to beat the living hell out of her. if her parents decide to call the cops, would i get in trouble with the law? if she hits me first it should be counted as self defense right? i wont tell her to hit me or anything, like i wont push her to do it. so yeah! help
