Can I get in trouble with the law for "Harassing" texts?

Alright.

Heres the thing. Theres this guy who is not really my friend, we used to be, but he still thinks I am his friend. So I got a texting program on the iPod. This dude thinks he is so tough. When ever I am with him he talks sh*t to everyone just because I am there. He calls people and harasses them calling them b*tches for not talking sh*t back.

Anyway... So this wanksta... I started to text him saying he was a wanksta and a loser and a p*ssy n sh*t and he didn't know who it was. He never said anything insulting back, and we only texted for like 1 hour.

Anyway, I basically called him a b*tch and a wanksta several times. Told him he's a poser, and said lets do a one on one fight.

So the big gangsta he is, he changes his phone number, and told my friend (he know the fake guy was me) he went to deal with this somewhere. I am assuming the police station.

He said the guy was making threats. How ever I did not make one threat, only talk sh*t.

Anyway. I am not really scared for the police, I just wanna know. Because a criminal record can really screw up getting a job. I am not 18 yet though.

And well also, even if he did call the cops and found out it was me, the jokes on him. The whole school will know hes a posing a*s p*ssy. He has no friend already, but once this gets out... Wow everyone will make fun of him. Because right know he is the only pushing everyone around.

BTW, don't call me a bad person for doing this because he is that kid at school who picks on everyone smaller then him, makes fun of everyone behind there backs, thinks he is cool because he smokes, and has about 30% grade in all of his credits. And yeah, he thinks he is a gangsta, and he calls everyone a wanksta.
