I am married for 9 years now, I first wife expired in some accident. Im 8 years old (now) daughter. My in laws are from police department. After the death of my wife, my daughter was staying at my parents. She was 4 yrs old then. About 20 months back I got married with my sis-in-law, due to created circumstances. Initially I was not ready for this marriage because I was not very sure about intentions behind it. My elder brothers wife is also from the same house,(my wifes sister). So my family was also with this thought & they convienced me for long.,finally i step into decision of marriage & also with thought that 'bacchhi ko Maa nahi to Mausi milegi' & chinu will stay with me. During this 20 months I had struglled for good life., She never shown any interest in family stuff (though this marriage was happend with her interest). For any small thing she started complaining. Any now & then she started travelling to her parents house,without thinking impact on my daughter. My daughter is very inconsistent in schools. Whenever she used to go for er parents house for say Raksh Bandhan,, she was not returning back at least 2-3 months. So an average she spent about 6-7 months at her home. She is very much conviencing to her parents that she is not comfortable at me. Her parents are also without investigating the reason supporting her. She is expected now. They are purely taking advantage of my situation, 'my daughter'. Now also for last 2 months she is staying at her parents. Schools are started,, so I called them to come,,but she is refusing to come. Now her father is threatening me about the right on my daughter. So my guess about their intentions is realising. May be are interested in my property & they are using my daughter for that. Can I show right on my daughter. & take her back with me legally. Can I file divorce case. How can I secure future of my daughter if something happens to me.
