Can I kick out a non-tenant who is not on the lease? (Ontario)?

I am living with 4 roommates in a 3-bedroom apartment. I am one of 2 tenants on the lease with 2 occupants - the person I want to evict is not on the lease at all.
The person in question is the girlfriend of the other tenant. They lived together for 3 months prior to this which deems them 'common-law' in some ways and I'm worried this may complicate things. When I signed the lease I was PROMISED she would not be moving in to the new place, but here she is. She does not pay rent, clean, or work and everyone is sick of her - including her bf who is too spineless to throw her out. I want to take the matter into my own hands but need to know if I am legally able to do so.

AS far as the law serving Ontario justifies the course. then kick her out. But first consult your attorney for ideas, dont just do anything without law authorizations. Here are tips on how to deal with stubborn tenants:
