Can I request traffic schooling for having no insurance charges?

I cannot afford to pay the ticket for no insurance, and i'm also afraid that if I get insurance, they will still not drop the charges for the ticket. If I request traffic schooling in court, is that a legitimate reason to drop the charges?

Nope.

Traffic school does not fix that fact that you still don't have insurance. Get insurance ASAP and you might be able to at least reduce, if not drop, the charge. Traffic school is also reserved for actual traffic tickets. Insurance violation is not a moving violation, and cannot be used as a substitute for something like insurance, vehicle registration, or suspended license tickets.

Either way, you need insurance, otherwise these tickets will keep piling up. The law requires you to have insurance if you are going to drive.

You can only go to traffic school for actual "driving infractions."
Your problem and request here relates to the idea that you're too poor to even be driving.
