Can i smoke weed? What is happening? My court is being weird and not sending me anything? Summer's a wastin?

Alright, In february of this year, i got caught with a small litte pocket knife in school. It was considered a misdemeanor and they said i barely got that. I was asked to go to the court house and when i did, they asked me if i had smoked weed. I said yes, so this lady said she would talk to this guy and id have to see him in a few WEEKS, 3 months later, in may this black guy finally called me and i didnt even know it was him until i went there i thought it was going to be that lady. But yeah it was a black guy and he asked me that i said i smoked weed and he kept asking about my insurance and asked me to sign a bunch of papers (im 17 right now btw) and i did but it was like on this pad that went to his computer, he asked me about all the drugs i did-i responded with weed, coke, shrooms, and dmt at the time because i thought i was forsure on it. He said that i was on semi probation and that i wasnt actually on fullblown probation and that all i had to do was take 4 clean drugtests for 4 months and go on a program and do it and id be out of the clear and i wouldnt even have a misdeamenor. I thought it was bullshit, but i was ok. Me and my mom go to this drug program where this guy sent me to, this guy asked me of the same questions and was finally talking about putting me on this plan that cost up to about 12,000 plus dollars. Like wtf? is this a scam? so i go home and my mom and step dad say theyre calling me a lawyer and all this **** is gonna be out of the clear. So im like alright, i start cheifing that ganj again, two weeks later my mom tells me i still might have to drop and i had two weeks before the test and im a healthy person so i figured itd be out. by the time it gets to my court date my mom tells me that my lawyer said if i have smoked in the last 30 days to not go. so i didnt, (ive been clean ever since the two weeks before the test) and then the black guy kept calling for a month until we finally got to my lawyer and he told my mom to have the black guy call him, so my mom calls the black guy back and says to call my lawyer and only that. The black guy said no, il talk to to the lady, or officer or whatever the **** she is, the lady from the beginning who sent me to the black guy. That was i think a little over two weeks ago. And im waiting for anything and im just thinking that what if they dont send me any letter or court date for like 10 months? there should be a law on how long you can wait. So now im on what feels worse than just have taking drops for 4 months cause i dont know if theyll ever send me a court letter. if they do? how much notice will i have? will they test me if i go in on the first day? can i smoke weed? sorry for such a long story, but please help me this is such bullshit dude my whole summer is wasted on this bullshit.

You should honestly just overdose on ecstasy and get it over with...Your life is already going down the drain.
