Can I study corporate law in one country and use it in any country?

If, for example, I were to study corporate law in the U.S.A could I then go and work for a company in another country?


Also where do you think is the best place to study corporate law and why?

Unless there is a degree that handles internaltional corporate law, you will not get an understanding of the laws in other countries. There are differences in corporate laws in different countries so the degree will not be directly transferable. The only way it would work studying in the US and working in another country is if they want an expert in US corporate law.

Common send tells you that the corporate law are different from state to state here in the U.S., so why are you asking if they laws in the U.S. are different from the laws in another country?
