Can I sue my boss for constantly yelling at me and causing me anxiety?

This job has caused me so much hardship, I've even had to seek out help for depression and anxiety as a result of it. I feel so defeated and discouraged. I'm not having any luck on the job search. No one wants to hire me. Its because I have no confidence left, its pretty obvious i can't even fake it. I don't know what to do and I don't know California labor laws.

I would suggest against suing your employer- not only will it make it IMPOSSIBLE to ever get hired again by another employer, but there's a huge chance that you will lose the lawsuit.

The damages that you would be suing for would be around the amount legal counsel will cost you.

I doubt you even had an confidence to begin with. Give the job to someone else. Boss arent meant to be your BFF....

There are no laws against a boss being rude. No you can't sue.
