Can I sue my tenant for breaking the lease if she left after being served with an eviction notice?

How can I serve my tenant for breaking the lease through a small claims court demand if I do not know my tenant's new address? Can I send a certified mail to an old address hoping she would get it if she transferred her mail?

If you evicted her she didn't break the lease, you did.

YOU , by initiating an eviction order , broke the lease . YOU wanted them out , they got out , what more do you want ? are you THAT greedy ? are you of hebrew heritage ?

Um, how did she break the lease?
You served her with an eviction notice, and she left.
There's nothing you can do about it now!!!

She has to be sued in person. Not mail.
