Can I use sick leave for an unrelated ailment while on workers compensation?

I am on workers compensation for an injury to my foot, knee and hip.
I am classified as "fit for suitable duties" but have been told I need carpal tunnel surgery to my wrist. Can I use my sick leave for this?
