Can my family file fake cases on his family like kidnapping and rape?

I am hindu girl, married to muslim guy under Special Mrg Act, we married and none of our families knew. Now my husband told his father about all this and now his father is SP and is telling him that he knows all the laws and if I run away and go to his place, my family can file many cases against them that too fake ones. So his father says I have to declare at my place and only than can I leave my house. I cannot risk of telling them first and leave my parents house. I first have to leave their house only than can I call them and say I have married and now happy. So please suggest something.

Fake charges are lies. Saying you know the law when you don't is a lie. It is givign a false report of what is. "Hon" "est" is being one with what is.

U.S. law prosecutes for giving a false report of a crime to the police.

and yeah, take your husband with you to your home and explain to them. if they see that the boy is good and responsible and whateva, they won't be angry ^_^

A matured Hindu girl ( permitted by age restriction) can marry a matured boy of any religion by the ethics of Law. The other matters are for the satisfaction of Parents and nothing else.
