Can my mom kick out my sister and her family? ?

My sister is around her 20's and so is her husband,they have two kids,the problem is that they yell at theyre kids,and her bro in law hits they're kids brutally,and it stresses my mom out and she can't be around all that,and also who can I call to report my sisters husband? I know he's family and all but he acts all pyscho

Call the cops! THats not right. And it's not right for your mom to kick them out because they're having problems, and prolly need all the help they can get. Then again, your mom doesn't need that stress on her shoulders. So it's all up to her.
