Can She Try This?

Postby Enric » Sat Feb 08, 2014 7:29 pm

Dating a man that's been separated for over annually. Their ex wife has become declaring she does not need me around their child and will report documents declaring such. I view her for him periodically while he operates on Saturdays. I've looked over his documents and it claims while she's in his custody, control, etc...that he can have any qualified person around her, pick her up from college, etc. She have any reasons to alter that?

Most likely not. For the time being simply keep out of it and allow the man you're dating and his ex work-this out. When the documents state any qualified person and you've not injured or abandoned the kid in any means, she likely doesn't have a lot of an incident. The one thing she may be in a position to get is first right of rejection, meaning she gets first dibs on the child over a sitter if father can't view the child on his period. Actually that's a stretch. For the time being Father must simply quit speaking with her on who wathces the child, until she's going the child with info.

Unless you have a sexual predator designation, she won't get anywhere with this.
Just keep on keeping on an stay out of her way as best you can.
He can have any competent adult he chooses watch the child when she is in his care.

The child is only 2 so she isn't getting much from her.
I'm doing my best to stay out of it.
I even changed my phone number.
Thanks for the response.
I just don't want to do anything to jeopardize his visitation.
