Increasing the usage of CT for Kids in emergency Care
The article presented that new study that was published online in radiology shows a dramatic increase in usage of computed tomography (CT) for children who are brought to Emergency Department with nondramatic injuries. Most children come to emergency departments complaining from a pain in abdominal region; therefore most physicians order a CT scan for abdominal area to rule out the presentence of appendicitis.
According to the article, “children evaluated in pediatric emergency departments were more than 25% less likely than those seen at general emergency departments to under go CT scan for abdominal pain”. That’s because in pediatric setting clinicians are well trained in evaluating pediatric patients with imaging.
Yet, research has shown that the most accurate and safest way to diagnose appendicitis is by following the step-by-step evaluation, starting by ultrasound procedure, if the ultrasound doesn’t provide the intended data than continue with CT scan.
My personal thoughts in this subject are similar to which has been recommended in article for the securest practice of the CT for children. Kids who suffer from abdominal discomfort must be evaluated first by using ultrasound procedure to see the presence appendicitis, than follow up whit CT scan. In addition, the emergency clinicians should have some training for evaluating pediatric patients without imaging or minimizing the need for x-ray use.

These might not be the type of comment you want but here goes...
Paragraph 1
...for children who are brought to Emergency Department with nondramatic injuries...
Did you intend to write non-traumatic injuries?
Paragraph 2
I think your final sentence should read "That's because in pediatric setting clinicians are well trained in evaluating pediatric patients without imaging." rather than "in evaluating pediatric patients with imaging."
Final paragraph..minor spelling...
...follow up "whit" CT scan...should be follow up with CT scan.

Increasing the usage of CT for Kids in emergency Care (need to change this title - makes it sound like you want to increase the use of CT)
This article presents a new study, that was published online in Radiology (not sure if this is a name), that shows a dramatic increase in use of Computed Tomography (CT) in children with nondramatic injuries brought to emergency departments. Most children arrive at emergency departments complaining from pains in abdominal regions; therefore, most physicians order a CT scan for abdominal areas to rule out the presence of appendicitis.

I strongly believe in the recommendations in article for the securest practice of the CT for children. Children who suffer from abdominal discomforts should be evaluated by using ultrasound procedures to see the presence appendicitis then follow up with CT scans if needed. In addition, emergency clinicians should be trained to evaluate pediatric patients without imaging and should minimize x-ray use.
