Okay, so I know that medical malpractice cases are hard to win, but what would be an example of a bacterial meningitis malpractice case that might win? (not a child with illness but an adult who is the victim of malpractice). I can hardly see why anyone at all would file a lawsuit if there is more than a 60% chance that they would lose. What's the point?!?
