IM TRYING TO GET MY REAL ESTATE LISCENSE

Two salespersons are trying to sell a residential property listed in a neighborhood that is predominantly Caucasian. They

A) are acting properly by not showing this listing to white prospects.

B) violate Maryland and federal laws when they decide whether to show a listing based on a prospect's race.

C) need not introduce into the neighborhood anyone not of the predominant race of the neighborhood.

D) should have a salesperson of the same race as the prospect show the property.
