In my experience, you wouldn't even need to try. Every single taxi I've ever been in has been driven by a driver breaking the law. I was once in a taxi with a guy who was trying to drive around at 70mph, in a 30 zone, after it had snowed the night before.

they usually do it anyway
but its their opinion whether they do it or not
i really wanna tell them to "follow that car!" one day <3
