Can You Patent A Way Of Doing Business (process) Online (as Long As It's Useful, Novel, And Non-obvious)?

Postby Montez » Sun Jun 22, 2014 5:29 pm

It seems like a gray area, I've read that you can because a business process is able to be patened and I also read that you can't because you can't patent an idea and something online isn't really a specific machine(whereas a certain one of a kind calculator may be patenable)? Thanks so much in advance for any help.
