Carrying while camping?

I'm 18, live in Pennsylvania, and am planning to go camping soon. The grounds are under no state jurisdiction and are not part of any state parks, but are public. As the world we live in today is by no means safe, I would only breath easier having a firearm nearby to defend myself and my girlfriend. Obviously I can't carry my handgun as I am not 21, but my question is as follows: Can I legally bring along my rifle (kel tec su-16) with me camping? I haven't been able to find any info about this online, all of the articles are about concealed carry laws. Any help would be great, thanks.

PA has no law against open carry. The individual campground could set their own rules, but as long as no one sees it and complains you should be fine
