CASE # 2 :
This is a abs. true case. None of this is made up or exaggerated .
A friend of mine got divorced , after he found that his gf was moving around with younger boys and enjoying herself with his money. The house was in both their names or both persons owed the loan..some like that. Now He comes in her absence , collects his possessions and leaves. She then calls the cops , tells them that her ex came broke into her house, physically assaulted , tried to kill her and ransacked the apartment ( which she and her boy friends did herself ) and he lands himself in jail. The presiding judge , gives a 10 yrs imprisonment to the Asian man and is given a restraining order against his blonde wife. He is my neighbor and since 2 years his case is in appeal. He is abs. sure this appeal will date will come soon and once he proves he was innocent and NONE of this happened , he plans to Sue the State for wrongful imprisonment .
IN REALITY – how successful is an outcome for this kind of situation – suing the state for wrongful imprisonment. CAN he SUCCESSFULLY sue his ex and make her pay compensation for his wrongful imprisonment . In this case WHICH party can be successfully sued – State of his ex. Or both
