Case Management, should you get an attorney for it?

Postby regenweald » Wed May 30, 2012 2:02 am

I had file a civil lawsuit against an attorney for Legal Malpractice, for professional negligence or general negligence, which really messed up and made the situation worse since she left the the case absolutely alone without letting me know that she decided not to take it, ending it, terminating it or for whatever reason, just nothing. I was sent a Case Management Form CM-110. The form seems like I can do it myself, because I know what this attorney done and did not do. But in case, should I get an attorney for this case management case to be on the safe side?

I didn't even have to read the entire question. You said Legal Malpractice. YES. Get a lawyer.
