Cat in labor! Already delivered 3 dead babies!?

My sis in law just called me and said her roommates cat went into labor and her roommate is gone. She had to help deliver the first 3 because they weren't coming out by themselves. The first one was fully formed on the outside and had it's chord, but was already dead and was like jello, like it had no muscles. The second and third ones came out without their chords attached and their heads were deformed. She said she can still feel two heads in her stomach, but her contractions have stopped. She can't get ahole of the roommate and she herself doesn't have the money to take the cat to a vet. Any advice or knowledge on what to do or what could happen next??????? Thank you!!!!!
