Chapter 13 Income

Postby Tyce » Tue Jun 10, 2014 1:02 pm

I have been living on money made from overtime for some time now and that has come to an end. No more extra cash flow.

If I look at my last 6 months income it is about 40% more than my base wage. Will the overtime be counted as my income even though it not a certainty?

Chapter 13 Income

It will be counted on the calculation of your disposable income on the means test, but not on your "current" monthly income and expenses, although unless you are for sure not going to work any future overtime, you'd still need to estimate that amount(presumably based on the past 6 months or so).
