Child Arrested For Assault With Bodily Injury

I'm in Texas. Our 22-yearold child continues to be living aware of my spouse and that I because the delivery of her 3-yearold boy. She was yelling obscenities at my son, and that I intervened and informed her that I'd not permit her to deal with him this way in my own house. She proceeded to strike me within the nose creating a soft nose along with a black-eye. An altercation ensued and my spouse named law enforcement. She was taken up to prison for attack with physical harm. An officer got my declaration and got images of my accidents including a seriously black-eye and three bite scars, among that was on my chest. There's no body capable or prepared (I really hope) to help her from prison. I wonder what her help could be established at, and that I need to know what'll possibly occur to her.
