Today we obtain a copy of 'Plaintiff's Amended Motion for Interlocutory Default Judgement' from the workplace of the plaintiff's attorney after a year resolved to the District Clerk having a hearing in the first week of Nov '09. What does this imply - may be the case over and completed with and the plaintiff is attempting to befool us or there's another chance of ex-party choice in this case?

The plaintiff has an attorney through whose office we received a copy. We have never contacted the plaintiff's lawyer.
