Communists! why can't I make profits?

Postby victorio83 » Sat Jul 21, 2012 8:56 am

Question for communists.
Imagine I start a small business creating little car toys. I can produce 100 a day by myself, but the profits I earn from selling them isn't enough to cover costs. So I decide to hire two workers to help me with production. This being my business, I chose to pay them minimum wage as part of the voluntary contract.

Imagine the business gets bigger, and it is now a company designed to create toys. Assuming I pay them fair wages, don't exploit them by overworking them, follow any environmental proection law, do you really think it would be fair for the workers to take away the business I started and imprison me for "being a filthy capitalist"? Despite the fact they entered into the job contract willingly and despite the fact I respected workers rights?

because in communism, you are not supposed to make a profit. you have a quota set by the government, and you deal with it. no matter weather you make a better product or not, you and other competing companies are paid exactly the same for your products.
