Community property question?

Okay. We bought the house 5 months prior to getting married. We both pay on it however, everything is in my husband's name. We did it this way because he got a Veterans Affairs Loan. We couldnt do it together because we were not legally married yet. We were however already common law. (Health insurance, bills, etc...)

In the event of a divorce, considering it was only 5 months - not much was paid on the house prior to the legal marriage, Is it still community property?
