Computer issues, cannot find solution!?

I was in the middle of playing a game when it started so I don't exactly know what happened.

What's going on is:

Left clicking right clicks
Right clicking continues after releasing the mouse button
selecting the taskbar is sometimes impossible
cannot click on a wide area of the screen

I have check for the mouse button swap, updated mouse and keyboard drivers, and checked to see if any buttons are being help down. Restarting has not help, nor has system restoring to an early part of the day.

Any tips or just advice that you can give would be helpful and could possible fix it.

Additional Details
It is not the mouse, I have taken it out and use another. I have put the usb into another port. I've checked the properties to find that my mouse is working properly. It's not my hardware. But some other underlying problem with my computer.

It's easy to fix!
Step 1: get a hammer, bat or axe (choice dependant)
Step 2: smash the PC/laptop
Step 3: burn the remains
Step 4: go buy a new one because you don't care about the world

sounds like internet explorer add-ons
manage add ons, turn em all OFF

there is sometimes a
START
PROGRAMS
Internet Explorer(no add-ons option)

which may be useful.

otherwise do it in explorer

unfortunately internet explorer affects pretty much everything these days.

oh and sometimes turning OFF the touchpad might sort it.
